What counts as a social account?
Each connected profile or page counts as one — for example a Facebook Page, an Instagram account and a TikTok account are 3 accounts.
Is ad spend included?
No. Your ad budget goes straight to Meta, Google, TikTok or LinkedIn from your own payment method, so you always own it and can see every dollar. Our plans cover the tools and (for Done For You) the management.
What’s the difference between Do It Yourself and Done For You?
Do It Yourself gives you Buzzweave’s AI tools to create, schedule and run ads yourself. Done For You means our team creates your content, posts it and manages your ads, with a monthly report.
What does the setup fee cover?
Brand and voice setup, connecting your accounts, your content strategy and your first month’s calendar (and ad account setup on ad plans). It is charged once, on your first invoice.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month and you can cancel any time. Full Growth has a 3-month minimum. To upgrade or switch plans, just contact us.
How does annual billing work?
Annual Do It Yourself plans are billed once a year at 10× the monthly price — 2 months free.
